L-Theanine is a natural amino acid from green tea. In studies, it had a positive influence on concentration and relaxation through the promotion of alpha waves in the brain. Alpha waves are known to promote a calm, yet alert and focused mind through the increased amount of neurotransmitters such as GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid), dopamine and serotonin (White et al., 2016). Studies also showed that L-Theanine can improve verbal fluency (Hidese et al., 2019).
Choline is involved in the synthesis of acetylcholine. This neurotransmitter plays an important role in memory and learning processes.

VERZEHREMPFEHLUNG:
Für Kinder ab 3 Jahren: Pro Portion 8 g Pulver (= 2 gestrichene Messlöffel) in 200 ml warme oder kalte Milch einrühren oder in einen Mixbecher geben und schütteln. Wir empfehlen täglich eine Portion Kakao am Morgen oder Vormittag.
