Shipping policy

This shipping policy (Shipping Policy) applies to all orders placed through the edubily.ch shop (we.fit AG).

1. Shipping Conditions

• Deliveries are made exclusively to addresses in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.

• Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided during the checkout process and depend on the size, weight of the shipment and the destination.

• All orders are delivered by an external courier service. The provider reserves the right to select the delivery service provider at its discretion.

2. Liability for Loss and Damage

• We.fit AG assumes no liability for losses or damage to delivered products after handover to the delivery service provider.

• The delivery service provider shall be liable for losses or damage during transport in an amount of up to CHF 15 per kilogramme of goods weight.

• Should the buyer wish to obtain higher insurance coverage for shipping, this can be agreed individually and upon request in advance with the provider. Any additional costs for this insurance shall be borne by the buyer.

3. Transfer of Risk

Upon handover of the goods to the delivery service provider, the risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the buyer.

4. Delivery Times

• The delivery times stated on the website or in the checkout process are estimates. We.fit AG is not liable for delivery delays caused by the delivery service provider.

• Should delivery delays occur, the buyer will be informed promptly. Withdrawal from the purchase agreement is excluded in this case.

5. Special Provisions

• The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery address is correct and that the goods can be received. Should the goods not be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer shall bear the costs of re-delivery.

• If the buyer requires additional services or special shipping requests (e.g. express delivery, special packaging), this must be agreed in advance with we.fit AG. Any additional costs shall be borne by the buyer.
