What is the Mama-Multi?
The Mama-Multi is a premium multivitamin that is explicitly tailored to the needs of women and particularly to the needs of pregnant and nursing women. A Mama-Multi should meet special requirements:
- It should be maximally clean, meaning ideally completely without problematic additives.
- Certain micronutrients must be dosed higher – others potentially lower.
- Only the best for women, pregnant women and nursing mothers: The best compounds should be chosen in ideal dosages that guarantee both optimal provision and low risk potential.
Our Mama-Multi fulfils all these points. We too can only shake our heads when we see ingredient lists from conventional multivitamin preparations for women, pregnant women and nursing mothers, which are usually still extremely expensive. The Mama-Multi is distinguished by the following:

We dose Vitamin A according to requirements and in line with guidelines – we use exclusively retinol (all scientifically relevant information about Vitamin A during pregnancy can be found in this article by us)

All B vitamins are dosed considerably higher than in conventional multivitamin preparations – thereby the increased requirement is met

This applies in particular to folic acid: Specifically in the first trimester of pregnancy, a folate or folic acid supplement is recommended. We use exclusively the highly bioavailable, active 5-MTHF (methylfolate). At 500 μg it makes a significant contribution to optimal folate provision

Also, for instance, Vitamin E, Vitamin B12, iodine and selenium are dosed considerably higher than in conventional multivitamin preparations
- We do not use any additional gimmicks in the product, such as plant compounds, PQQ or Q10 – although these substances could also be useful during pregnancy, but research has not yet provided a final conclusion. Safety first!
- All dosages are carefully considered and safe – safety is very important to us for the sensitive life phases of a woman
The Mama-Multi is thus a streamlined, modern multivitamin preparation for women who can rely completely on the efficacy and safety of the product. Many women and (expectant) mothers are very satisfied with the product and happily recommend it to others.
